About Milestone Projects
Johnathan Schloms relocated to the Western Cape from KwaZulu Natal in 1994, having worked in Gauteng and Natal for many years. Johnathan has been in the Building & Civil Engineering Industry since 1984 and has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of the building, civil engineering & development industry.

After moving back to the Western Cape from Gauteng in 2000, Neil de Freitas continued his career in the IT industry, owning and managing a small IT business in Cape Town.
In 2002 he started Milestone Properties which later changed to Milestone Projects. This company has been responsible for various developments in a variety of locations on the Western Seaboard.

Johnathan partnered with Neil and they continue to focus on construction and development at all levels in in and around the Western Cape.

Not only does Milestone Projects offer a first class building service, we offer the option of Project Managing your entire project thereby enabling you to make a cost saving and we endeavor to keep the project on track and within the timeframe and budget.
